2.OPIS PROIZVODA

Mašina je pogodna za korištenje ljepila na bazi vode-, ljepila na bazi rastvarača- i termalnog filma.

Niska cijena: Keramički anilox valjkasti premaz, smanjite količinu lijepljenja na 5 g/m2.

Sistem sušenja ciklusa energije grijanja čini potrošnju energije cijele mašine oko 30kw/h.

Visoka efikasnost: Radna brzina mašine doseže 70m/min, 10000 listova/h.

4) Elektromagnetni sistem grijanja:

- Electromagnetic heating system , fast heating , energy saving and environmental protection.

-Iskorišćavanje toplinske energije dostiže 95 posto, grijanje se ubrzava dva puta.

5)Sistem premaza:

-- Precision ceramic roller coating , save glue usage.

-The ceramic roller with meshes ensures gluing of film evenly; the special alignment system ensures smooth paper transfer and accurate lamination

6) Sistem sušenja（with Electromagnetic energy-saving system）:

- Hot air circulation system , high speed drying , save electricity.

-New design of oven drying system can dry the glue quickly and enhance quality of lamination

7)Automatsko sečenje(lančani nož):

-Servo lanac za rezanje nožem, pogodan za OPP. Rezanje PET, PVC folije.

-The cutting system is composed of disk-blade and tearing wheels to achieve accurate cutting. 

-Sečenje lančanim nožem je pogodno za laminiranje od više- materijala.
